Where as time gone ?

Where as time gone ? It only seems like yesterday, when Up Front Promotions UK, started up..... The summer of 1989, in North London. The rave beat was just coming in, the pirate stations was up and running strong, ( Rush FM / Rude FM & Kool FM ) in the tower blocks of Hackney, & the DTI was working hard to bring us down.
